What we collect

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which articles are read. This records aggregate, non-identifying usage.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store the email address you provide, the signup date, and the page you signed up from — solely to send you new articles. The list is never sold or shared. To be removed at any time, email editor@naphelp.com.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Functional cookies may keep the site working.

How we source

Primary literature, government health agencies (CDC, NIOSH, NLM/NIH) and clinical guidelines only.
No citations to other content sites, and none to press releases about studies.
Every claim about a number carries a reference chip you can click.
Sources re-checked at least once a year; the date is printed in the byline block.

Corrections

Found something wrong or out of date? Corrections are logged publicly with the date and what changed — we do not edit silently.
